PRE Group Launches Collage Serviced Apartments in Ivoire East, New Cairo

PRE Group has launched Collage, a new serviced-apartment project within Ivoire East in New Cairo, in partnership with hospitality and property-management company Lemon Spaces.

The project is targeting sales of up to EGP 12 billion and introduces a hospitality-focused residential concept within the wider Ivoire East development.

490 Serviced Units

Collage spans approximately 20 feddans in New Cairo’s Golden Square area and is planned to include around 490 serviced units.

The unit mix includes studios, apartments, and duplexes, with units planned to be delivered fully finished and equipped with air conditioning. Handovers are scheduled to begin in 2030.

Hospitality and Property Management

The project is being developed in cooperation with Lemon Spaces, which will provide hospitality and property-management services.

This reflects a wider trend in Egypt’s real estate market, where developers are increasingly combining residential ownership with professional hospitality and management services.

Location and Community Design

Collage forms part of Ivoire East in New Cairo and is designed around green spaces, interconnected water features, pedestrian areas and underground parking.

The project is also positioned close to ZAG, the commercial and administrative component of Ivoire East.
