Madinet Masr Launches ETAJE on Taj City’s Final Residential Plot in New Cairo

Madinet Masr has announced the launch of ETAJE, a new residential and mixed-use project within Taj City in New Cairo.

The new development is located on the final residential plot available within Taj City and spans approximately 26.4 feddans, with targeted sales of around EGP 6.6 billion.

Around 600 New Homes

ETAJE is planned to include 20 residential buildings offering approximately 600 units.

Available homes are expected to include one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, with areas ranging from approximately 37 sqm to 133 sqm.

Location and Community Design

The project benefits from Taj City’s location along the Ring Road in New Cairo.

According to the announced master plan, ETAJE will include landscaped areas, water features, pocket parks and a 450-metre green pedestrian spine connecting different parts of the community.

Cycling lanes are also planned as part of the development’s outdoor network.

Construction Timeline

Madinet Masr stated that structural works for the project are scheduled to be completed within four years.

The launch represents another addition to Taj City’s residential offering and marks the development of its final residential land plot.
