ARX Development Expands into New Cairo with ASSL in the Sixth Settlement
ARX Development has expanded its presence into New Cairo with ASSL New Cairo, a new residential development located in the Sixth Settlement.
The project marks the company’s first move into East Cairo after previous developments in New Damietta and the New Administrative Capital.
A 43-Acre Residential Development
ASSL spans approximately 43 acres in the Sixth Settlement and is planned as an integrated residential community.
The project includes studios, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, alongside hospitality, retail and leisure components.
Location in the Sixth Settlement
The project is located less than one kilometre from the Middle Ring Road and around five minutes from the Katameya–Ain Sokhna Road, providing access to key routes connecting New Cairo with East Cairo and the New Administrative Capital.

ASSL is planned to include a range of services such as:

Swimming pools
Aqua park
Parking
Smart management system
The project will also use ARX Development’s digital platform to help owners track property information and installment schedules.
Delivery and Payment Plans
According to ARX Development, payment plans extend up to 10 years, while unit delivery is planned within approximately four years.
The project has also obtained its ministerial decree, according to the developer.

ASSL adds another major residential launch to the Sixth Settlement, an area that is continuing to attract new developments as New Cairo expands eastward.
